My check-in experience was frustrating and disorganized. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to a long wait. I expected breakfast to be included, but it turned out to be an extra fee since the hotel lacks its own dining area.

Breakfast featured great continental offerings and fresh brewed coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly, eager to assist when needed. the room size felt a bit cramped for two travelers. The check-in process was slow and a bit chaotic, with some paperwork confusion. A kettle was available, but no tea or coffee provided, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard.

One major hiccup was the lack of air conditioning, which can make the summer heat quite unbearable despite the provided fans. The breakfast area is on the small side and can feel cramped during rush hours. Some items run out and aren’t restocked in time. Check-in had its moments of chaos, and room sizes can leave much to be desired for those expecting spacious quarters.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations, which I still remember. I highly recommend relaxing at the outdoor dining area. I'm coming back for a trip.

I stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious and creatively designed with a unique bathroom setup that had great natural light. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax, although there was some noise from the courtyard below. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, but some extra hot dishes would have improved it further.

Seehof boasts a fabulous location that's just steps away from the Opera House and Lake Zurich, making it perfect for leisurely strolls. The stylish nautical-themed rooms add a charming touch, along with thoughtful amenities like complimentary bottled water re-stocked daily and a lovely terrace to unwind.
